Research in the particle beam science laboratory is focused on the development of beam technology in material processing, using various particle beams of eV to MeV energies. Surface modification of material to obtain advanced surface functions is the main purpose of our laboratory. Also surface analytical techniques using high energy beam are developed to characterize the modified surfaces.
