The Material Characterization Laboratory develops new instruments and
methodologies including Raman, mass spectrometry, internal friction,
temperature imaging, for the characterization of newly developed ceramic
materials and for the in-situ monitoring of material properties under
actual process conditions.
Projects
In-situ spectroscopic monitoring for exploring the origin of advanced
inorganic materials under extreme conditions.
Arrangement of the international technological infra-structure for
promoting the application of advanced materials.@@
Characterization and evaluation of properties of advanced inorganic
materials.
Elucidation of thermal degradation and elimination
processes on inorganic/composite materials.
